Demolition of existing rear extensions and outbuildings (sheds). Single storey rear extension including altered access from Brunswick Gardens and two storey rear extension including the remodelling of existing roof pitch and new pedestrian access from Brunswick Walk.

Roofing and internal insulation of an existing walled courtyard, and the addition of glazing to provide additional internal accommodation. Removal of a window in the main house to provide access to new accommodation. The removal of a brick-built shed and the addition of an annex to the west of the walled courtyard provide living and bedroom accommodation. Removal of a small window in the north-west elevation of the main house and its replacement with a roof light.

First floor balcony to side with creation of new door opening, conversion of storage shed to utility room with timber cladding to both rear lean-to extensions and cycle store to side. Installation of 2no. windows and 1no. roof light/sun tube, an air source heat pump, external shutters, internal insulation, external lighting and security cameras, internal stud wall, replacement stairs, and repair and refurbishment of existing doors and windows.

Replacement of rear elevation window and doors, re-roofing of single storey rear extension and shed, addition of shutters and railings to front elevation.

Demolition of existing rear extensions and replacement with single storey link element and one and a half storey extension with associated hard and soft landscaping, alterations to main house including removal of roof lights to front elevation and changes to windows, replacement of garden gates and garden shed

Repair and maintenance works to the roof including: a) Localised repairs to sarking boards and battens, replacing tiles only where necessary with hand-made tiles where salvaged tiles incapable of reuse b) improvements to thermal resistivity within attic space c) renewal of lead work to flat roofing, gutters etc around pitched roofs d) redecoration and localised repair to roof windows e) new lead flashing between roof, brick chimney stacks, gables, parapets etc f) reinstallation of lightning protection g) minor repairs to timber structure within roof void h) Replacement of existing timber ladder leading from front roof to rear roof i) Indent stone repairs to parapet walls to front elevation. j) Improvements to increase capacity of existing rainwater outlets and hoppers, subject to calculation of current capacity of roof to shed water during heavy storms. k) Repointing of the masonry chimney stacks and parapet walls to front elevation.
