Proposed conversion of The Stables, Granary and East Barn, together with the construction of connecting link and associated alterations to create a single dwelling

Reinstating walls to the North and South boundaries, creating a new bin/ bicycle store to the north and re-roofing the Stables (works to which were granted permission in Planning Applications 22/00707/HFUL and 22/00708/LBC) and rebuild the Games Room roof, repair the walls, and rebuild them as required where they have become unsafe.

Taking down and rebuilding of the existing north facing gable end of the garage / former stable block and in addition some works may be required to repair and make good the roof structure following the re-building of the wall.

Demolition of existing stables and erection of steel barn for storage use.

Conversion and repair of single storey existing redundant stables to form residential ancillary use accommodation to the main house for use of Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

Vault the ceiling above the current Living area by removing part of the existing flat ceiling replacing the cross beams which had previously been removed and re-insulating. Replace the majority of windows and Main Front and Rear entrance doors. Rehang a stable door and install French doors installation of a room heating wood burning stove.

Replacement of ridge tiles, replacement of slates (to at least west elevation) to match estate buildings, reinstatement of fascia, soffit, bargeboard in accordance with ante photographs, removal of timber boarding to east elevation, chimney: re-detailing, reinstatement of a stable door to west elevation in accordance with ante photographs, painting of doors and windows to match estate buildings plus retention of conversion of the outbuilding (building 4) to a leisure/games room
