S73 to vary condition 1 (drawings) of ref: 21/03851/FUL (Demolition of existing farmhouse and replacement with 1 No. 2 storey 4 bedroom farmhouse with retention of existing single storey rear extension) to reduce the number of bedrooms, new balcony at first floor and re-position PV panels to be ground mounted on the southern boundary, and reduce the amount of hardstand to provide more soft landscaping.

G.1 Group of 10 Sycamore trees. Fell to ground level low amenity trees. Trees to be removed and new boundary fence and shrubs / trees to be planted as replacemnt T.1 Ash - Fell to ground level Ash tree in decline - Ash dieback H.2 - Conifer hedgerow - Fell to ground level hedge in 'L' shape due to dieback garden side. S73 to vary conditions 5 (hard and soft landscaping works), 12 (boundary treatments) and 25 (pedestrian crossing) of planning permission S/0851/16/FL for development of 40 residential dwellings across two sites comprising: 6 two storey houses and 27 apartments in 3 and 4 storey blocks 47 car parking spaces and associated landscaping including the retention of part of the bund and provision of a play area on part of the hotel car park and other surplus space (Site 1) and 7 two storey houses served by 14 car parking spaces and associated landscaping on part of hotel staff car park and underutilised part of golf course (Site 2), new pedestrian access off Crafts Way and a children's play area along with associated landscaping on land between Sites 1 and 2, allowed on appeal (ref: APP/W0530/W/16/3162178).

S73 variation of conditions 2 (Approved plans), 15 (Traffic Management plan) and 27 (Surface Water Drainage) of planning permission 18/1890/FUL (Erection of nine residential units comprising a terrace of 4 x three bedroom houses, 4 x two bedroom flats and 1 x one bedroom flat with access, car parking, and associated landscaping, following the demolition of the existing building on site, at Malta Road, Cambridge) to move the townhouses 0.5m off the northern boundary, to change the balcony material and to allow the commencement of foul drainage works to commence on site prior to submission of a traffic management plan and surface water drainage scheme.
