6 x Horse Chestnuts (along road side boundary) - Crown Reduce and shape by maximum 1.5.metres and prune lateral banches into shape , remove dead wood and any dangerous branches overhanging the road, sever ivy at base of trees. Willow ( rear of property) fell - large amounts of decay in main stem and large split throught the crown.

Installation of a free standing cantilevered canopy in the communal car park along the northern boundary that is tree and shrub lined. The installation will not require the removal of trees / shrubs or reduce the available parking for residents. The maximum height of the canopy is 2.3m at the opening and 2.1m at the rear.

Oak - Fell. On inspection the oak at the bottom left corner of the garden is leaning at a 25degree angle towards the property and that of the neighbouring property, overhanging the boundary of the property and the District Council car park in Rookery Close. The owner, Mr. Lloyd, has monitored the tree over the last 12 years and noted that the lean increases year on year.
