Stripping out of existing modern shop fit out, incorporating the creation of kitchens, stores and staff space, the installation of two louvres within the existing skylight openings of the pitched roof to the single storey rear addition, the repair and redecoration of the existing shopfront including the affixing of new door handles to the existing doors, and the installation of 2no internally illuminated fascia signs, and 1no internally illuminated projecting sign along with a digital screen on the inside of the existing shopfront

Redecorate shopfront and replacement signage, new fit-out to retail area, alterations to back of house layout (relocate door and WC).

Replacement shop door and repainting shopfront and re-glazing with etched glass. Provision of secondary double glazing to shop front and first floor dormer window. Re-rendering external walls over existing pebbledash with wood float finished lime render with bell cast drip and replacement gable weatherboard. Alter verge tiling as necessary to accommodate render thickness at gable end. Application of render finish to fletton brickwork to rear single storey external walls. Installation of improved ventilation with inlet grille and weathered extract through rear roof slope.
