The removal of the tree has been granted under a separate planning permission relating to 29 High Street, Chesterton, Cambridge CB4 1NQ (21/00537/FUL) - however it may be some time before this development is built out, and due to the tree causing damage to the neighbouring property this application seeks to remove it as soon as possible.
