T2 Lime - growing over from neighbouring property, cut back to fence line by removing two metres. T3 Laburnum - growing over from neighbouring property, cut back to boundary line by removing two metres, leaving suitable growth points where possible. Trim ivy back to line also. Reasons - trees are heavily Ivy clad and leaning towards a listed building. To maintain light and size of trees also.

Hornbeam (T1) - Remove the branch which is pressing heavily on the fence and reduce the remaining crown by up to 2m. Poplar (T2) - Reduce height by 1.5m and cut back from phone lines by 0.5m. Willow (T3) - Re-reduction of the crown needed within the next two years to manage the size of this tree (reduction by 3 - 4m) Poplar (T4) - Fell. inappropriate location for the species as very close to the garage and Neighbour's boundary.

Fell to ground row of Leyland cypress on boundary wall of #16 to #18. Trees and roots above ground level with fallen fence post within roots. Overgrown with Ivy.

(T1) Ash - remove large mid-crown lateral heading towards right hand boundary - reduce remaining top crown and mid crown to shape by a maximum of 1.5 meters. To reduce the risk of end loading and improve form. (T2) Beech - sympathetically reduce by 1 meter back to fence line, cutting to lives. (T3) Copper Beech - reduce dead top crown and shape sympathetically to encourage regeneration. (T4) Apple - reduce large lateral heading towards house by 3 meters, back to an upright live. - reduce lateral heading diagonally towards left hand boundary to match by a maximum of 2 meters. - reduce water shoots in top crown to balance and shape by a maximum of 2 meters.

The hedge is one of a mix species of hedge and trees. The trees are to remain with some tidying up to reduce leaf fall to the car park and general overhanging, and the hedge to be reduced to 8ft (2.4m) in height and cut to the boundary of the fence line.

Maple - T1 - Fell due to poor locations and blocking boundary line fence being installed.

Felling to ground level of a self seeded Ash tree approx 30ft in height and extensive ivy overgrowth - growing on the fence line boundary between the exchange building and neighbouring properties gardens. Requested by the neighbours.

Cut back branch overhanging fence of no 4 and no 2 Norfolk Terrace. This arm of the tree is currently positioned 2cm above the boundary fence. This branch is about 20 ft from the main vertical trunk and 20cm in diameter, and bounces up and down significantly in wind. The fence was being bashed by the tree throughout the recent storm, and the fence will be broken completely by the tree when it is in leaf and there are strong winds. As per the attached report the tree is diseased and dying, the application to have it felled is on appeal but in the meantime the neighbour has already had a large (living) branch of the tree break off and crash into her garden.

ROW OF BEECH - Crown reduce side to south west over and towards bungalow. Reduce spread to approximately 1m from boundary fence.

Horse chestnut trees 1-3 crown lift to 5.2m above ground level, crown reduce overhang back to boundary fence.
