Certificate of Lawfulness under S192 for construction of the development permitted by planning permission reference 20/04620/S73 and its subsequent use by people to be regarded as forming a single household. Demolition of existing binstore and erection of one bed dwelling house and for use by people to be regarded as forming a single household in accordance to approved planning permission reference 20/04620/S73.
