Non material amendment of planning permission 20/03949/REM (Approval of matters reserved for appearance, landscaping, layout, scale and tree protection following outline planning permission S/4331/18/OL for demolition of existing house and construction of 3 new houses) change the roof and first floor cladding material (currently shown as slate) to grey/black zinc standing seam.

Demolition of existing Butterfield Building and construction of New Student Centre building with extended basement and installation of 16 boreholes and a Ground Source Heat Pump. Associated works to improve hard and soft landscaping areas, construction of new brick wall along northern boundary of site and construction of a bin store. Installation of new cycle parking, tree works and works associated with installation of services and plant.
