Non-material amendment to S/2219/15/RM amendments to several house types involving: changes to window positions and sizes; change to roof design; changes to cladding and external finishes; removal of balconies and terrace, changes to door designs; removal of rooflights and dormer; relocation of courtyard stairs; replacement of garage with car port; and internal alterations.

Erection of conservatory to East elevation; raising of roof height to lower South end of the house to match the existing main ridge height; raising of existing dormer window to align with the central dormer; addition of high level clear glazed window to South elevation gable fronting Gazeley Road; removal of chimney; additional dormer to East elevation; relocation of front door to South Elevation and relocation of vehicular access further west along Gazeley Road.
