1. Plum on right hand side - prune side growth on garden side only to previous pruning points. (approx 1.5m) 2. Apple - replace forked branch with 8ft post, slab beneath ground level and strapping over branch, nailed to post. 3. Dead Purple Plum on left hand side, partly overhanging driveway/path to Nursery and house - fell to fence height.

Excessively large yew tree The tree is positioned in our back garden at the side of the house between two properties. The tree is now far too large for the space it occupies. It has a significant impact on our property, blocking light to our ground floor and first floor rooms. The tree overhangs our front drive and our neighbours drive, dropping 100s of red berries in certain seasons (NOW) which get into the house and are dangerous to our pets (It is well known the Yew berries from the female tree are highly poisonous) and children. We would like to fell this tree so that we can make better use of the garden space and make our house significantly lighter, so we don't have to use electric lighting during the day, even in the summer. We will show photos that demonstrate 1. How large the tree is 2. How is overhangs the fences into our front drive and our neighbours property 3. How close the tree is to our property 4. How dark the rooms are even on a beautiful sunny day.

T1; Leyland Cypress hedge on right hand side of rear garden - Trim annual growth on top and sides by 0.3m. T2; Horse Chestnut in rear garden - Reduce to previous pruning points by 0.9m. T3; Hawthorn on frontage - prune back annual growth only by 0.8m. T4; Laurel hedge on front corner, overhanging electricity sub-station - trim top and all sides and remove Elder within hedge by 0.6m. T5; Ivy on fence near river - trim ivy hard and square by 0.2m. Wisteria on rear of house - prune from balcony base but retain above balcony. T6; Cut 2 small holes into the Leyland Cypress hedges to allow view from bridge by 0.3m.

TPO 0008 (2003) G2: Sycamore (T2) - Remove the overgrown epicormic growth which grows from the trunk at between 3 to 5 metres. The strongest growth is very vertical. TPO 0008 (2003) G3: Yew (T3) - cut back branches to fence line. TPO 0008 (2003) G4: Yews (G4) - Trim off 1-2 years of regrowth (up to 0.25m) . A tree hedgerow which has been regularly trimmed. The reasons for all of the above is to prevent loss of light to the garden and house.

Change of use from Public House Garden (Class A4) to Residential Garden Land (Class C3), and the removal of a row of Leylandii trees to the right and replacement with a wooden fence.
