Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of permission 19/1631/FUL (Demolition of existing rear two-storey element to existing house and replacement with new two-storey rear extension. Replace existing rear dormer window and new dormer window to front elevation.) to allow erection of garage and installation of timber gates.
