T1 - Marsh Cypress - 10% crown reduction in rear garden. My landscaping contractor told me in January 2015 that CCC had consented to the removal of this tree and grinding out its stump. He told me that a CCC conservation officer with responsibility for archaeology had also visited the site, and had no objection to this proposal. Having obtained further expert advice, from a local tree specialist, I decided it would be far preferable to retain the tree. However, this would be possible only if I could obtain consent for a 10% crown reduction each year, to ensure no further increase in its spread and the extent of its root growth. This was necessary to meet insurance requirements, the tree being close to the long boundary wall, the river embankment, and the dwelling itself, all of which are listed Grade II. The crown reduction having been approved in advance on each occasion to date, the work has been carried out January/February every year. The tree has continued to grow vigorously, is well-shaped, and remains suitable in size for its environment. I now seek consent for a 10% crown reduction, to be carried out by the same local specialist. The work proposed would be done during January or February 2024, when the tree will have shed its foliage and become dormant.

Height reduced from 8m to 6 and spread from 4m to 3m T2 Fagus sylvatica var. Purpurea - copper beech: Mature tree located at the end of the garden; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance. Height reduced from 14-15m to 12-13m and radial spread from 9m to 7m. T3 Magnolia spp. - magnolia: Located in the rear garden near the r/h/s boundary; Re-reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 3-3.5 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance. Height reduced from 8m to 5m and radial spread 4m- 2-2.5m

Juglans regia - walnut- Fell. Established yet compact tree located on the r/h/s boundary in the rear garden & over the shed/boundary; This tree is damaging the water mains.

T1) Taxus bacata - common yew (x2`) & Laurus nobilis - bay leaved laurel: 03 no. trees on the roadside boundary; to lift the crown of these trees over the road to KCC Highways specifications - 5.2 metres over the carriageway & 0.45metres in from the road onto the curb then a minimum of 2.4metres over the remaining footpath.T2) Robinia pseudoacacia - false acacia Medium sized, ivy clad tree located on the roadside boundary overhanging the pub garden and shed; fell

Salix caprea - goat willow: Large tree situated in the rear garden in very close proximity to the boundary wall and garden shed; re-pollarding back to the previous points at 8m AGL roving approx. 5m of growth. Height reduced from 13m to 8m and radial spread from 6m to 4m approx.

TG1 - To crown lift 3x Lime's, 2x Cherry's and 1x Horse Chestnut to 6m over roadside - To clear internal growth failing BT lines on 1x Lime - To prune branches failing on BT line over road side on 1x Lime to give 1m clearance to wires and remove epicormic growth on main stem T2 - To prune 1x Conifer reducing the overhang to the shed by approx 1m and also removing all branches overhanging neighbouring property back to boundary T3/4 - To prune 2x Cherry away from building giving approx 1m clearance T5 - To reduce branches from 1x Horse Chestnut overhanging sports club by approx 2.5m T6 - To reduce branches from 1x large Horse Chestnut overhanging cricket nets by approx 2.5 m T7 - To reduce branches overhang from 1x horse chestnut next to orchard by approx 3m and crown lift over footpath to 4m T8 - To crown lift 1x Ash on rear boundary to 4m over footpath and reduce back overhang by 2m

T1 - Oak - Pollard to first major junction - approx 15ft. T2 - Oak - To reduce overhanging branches back to shed area and shape into upper crown. On rear boundary.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/01664/RES for Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 comprising 138 residential dwellings and associated works, landscaping, parking, open space and servicing, together with details of the extension to Duncan Down including landscaping, multi-use games area and allotments; to allow modifications to the external facade of the dwellings that were approved, removal of garages on plots 11, 32, 40 and 41, minor changes to the location of the sheds and patios to the rear of the houses and revised landscape plans have been produced to reflect the technical changes to the layout to accommodate the proposed services etc and minor changes to the layout. New buffer mix along the western boundary of the site.
