Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//19/01249/VAR for the variation of condition 04 (highway works) of planning permission CA//15/00560/FUL for the erection of four residential dwellings arranged around a central courtyard including the provision of vehicular parking, landscaping and garden sheds; to allow alterations to highways works; to allow front door position moved from the house wall to the projection wall, the wc window on the house front wall moved to the side, the windows to the ground floor projection replaced with the front door and hall window; the first floor window from two separate ones to one shallower longer one, with the boarding changed from vertical to horizontal, side windows added to each side of the projection, first floor extended out by 450mm, front projection roof changed from gable to hip, rear elevation projection ridge raised slightly and rear projection dormer to have a flat roof in lieu of a pitched roof.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission reference CA/19/10242/FUL for the proposed two-storey detached dwelling with 2 no. dormers to front elevation, 1 no. dormer to rear elevation and associated parking; to allow 2 no. roof lights to rear elevation, change from timber to upvc windows, removal of brick arch and soldier course, change from concrete tiles to fibre cement slate tiles, change to brick plinth colour from red to dark grey.

Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA/17/00144/FUL for the proposed two-storey detached dwelling with parking to the front following demolition of existing double garage; to allow garage door to replace window, dormer window to front elevation, extend rear wall by 1.4m, remove balcony and timber cladding, realign first floor with ground floor at rear and alter roof to rear.
