Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for the proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access; to allow the replacement of the Plant Room windows to steel louvres for ventilation and relocation of the newly planted trees to the northern boundary on Cockering Road.

T1 - To pollard Lombardy Poplar tree to previous points in front garden. T3 - To prune Prunus tree by a maximum of 30 cms in height leaving a 3.5 metre tall tree on front side boundary. G1 - To cut back neighbours overhanging branches from hedge to boundary by a maximum of 15 cms along rear fence line G2 - To trim back neighbours overhanging trees by a maximum of 15 cms to boundary along side fence line to house T4 - To crown lift Apple tree where branches are growing on and over roof of tiled outbuilding in rear garden leaving a 0.5 metre gap between tree and outbuilding and the crown will remain the same size.

T1 side of house - cut Sycamore tree overhanging roof back to boundary.

T1 - Holm Oak- front right hand corner of property - reduce canopy on house side to give 2m clearance to house elevation, and to crown lift to 4m. T2 - Lime - to left hand side of gate from Wickham Rd. - crown lift to 7m T3 - Lime - monolith stem -to remove entirely T4 - Yew - right hand side of gate from Wickham Rd. - crown lift to 4.5m T5 - Silver Birch - to rear of house - reduce crown on house side to give 2m clearance T6 - Yew - located to far left of house, overhanging single-storey building - to reduce to give 2m clearance from roof. G1 - Boundary trees along Wickham Rd. (Yew, Box and others) - to reduce to 5m, reshape and trim to reform hedge into manageable state

G1 Acer campestre - field maple: Four trees located in the side garden on the l/h/s boundary near the house and over the footpath; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 2-3 metres from the branch tips (or enough to give 2-3metres clearance from the roof and wall of the house) this is in practice a reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Trees will be reduced in height from 11m to 8-9m and radial spread from 4.5m to 3.5m

1 Hazel: located on the r/h/s boundary near the summer house; to remove the large limb that is growing over the roof. 2 Holly: located on the r/h/s boundary near the shed; to hedge trim back the new growth by 30-45cm in line The lower growth, stretching between the holly and the hazel can be crown lifted over the beds. 3 Walnut: located on the r/h/s boundary near the compost bins; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 12m to 10m and radial spread from 4m - 2.5m. 4 Variegated Norway Maple: located on the l/h/s boundary; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 14m to 12m and radial spread from 4m - 2.5m. 5 Tulip tree: remove the two branches (stubs) on the main stem @ 2m AGL and to also remove back to the main stem the branch that is growing over the you holm oak. This new height of 3-3.5m AGL to be followed around the remaining crown. All in rear garden 6 Maidenhair tree: reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 2-3 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Height reduced from 14m to 11m and radial spread from 6m - 4m. 7 Fig tree: trim back to the wall, reduce height to previous points @ 4m AGL. G1 front roadside boundary shrubs: lift over footpath 2.4m, reduce crowns - All in front garden..

T1) conifer tree located on the left boundary of the rear garden-to reduce the tree by approximately 50% and tidy all round. T2) Bay tree located to the left boundary of the rear garden (side of the summer house) -to reduce the tree down to the peak of the roof and tidy all round. T3) Larch tree located on the left boundary of the rear garden-to reduce the tree by approximately 1/3 and tidy all round. T4) group of 5 Conifer trees located on the rear boundary of the rear garden- to reduce the group of conifer trees down to their previous cutting points and tidy all round. T5) To reduce the Sycamore tree down to approximately the same finished height as the finished conifer trees and re-shape all round. T6) -To reduce the Holly tree by approximately 50% and re-shape all round. To reduce the twin stemmed Holly tree down to approximately the same finished height as the above Holly and re-shape all round. T7) - To reduce the two Larch trees by approximately 50% and tidy all round
