1 Hazel: located on the r/h/s boundary near the summer house; to remove the large limb that is growing over the roof. 2 Holly: located on the r/h/s boundary near the shed; to hedge trim back the new growth by 30-45cm in line The lower growth, stretching between the holly and the hazel can be crown lifted over the beds. 3 Walnut: located on the r/h/s boundary near the compost bins; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips. A reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%.
