Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for the proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access; to allow the replacement of the Plant Room windows to steel louvres for ventilation and relocation of the newly planted trees to the northern boundary on Cockering Road.

T1 - To pollard Lombardy Poplar tree to previous points in front garden. T3 - To prune Prunus tree by a maximum of 30 cms in height leaving a 3.5 metre tall tree on front side boundary. G1 - To cut back neighbours overhanging branches from hedge to boundary by a maximum of 15 cms along rear fence line G2 - To trim back neighbours overhanging trees by a maximum of 15 cms to boundary along side fence line to house T4 - To crown lift Apple tree where branches are growing on and over roof of tiled outbuilding in rear garden leaving a 0.5 metre gap between tree and outbuilding and the crown will remain the same size.

T.P.O No.3 of 1986. G1 - To cut back all trees forming a hedge to boundary by up to 3 metres laterally overhanging from Old Vicarage Gardens along front and rear side boundary. T1 - To remove lower branch back to trunk from Eucalyptus tree growing over the house in front garden

T1 - Lime Tree at front of house. Cut back epicormic growth approx 10% overhanging branch 30% T2 - Horse Chestnut at front of house. Remove branches overhanging No2 Whitehall Road T3 & 4 Yew trees - cut back approx 10% to restore hedge.

Sycamore Tree - remove, located to the side boundary. Reasons- The tree and is too close to the house and neighbouring house it is also close to the drainage system, also concerns regarding driveway damage being caused.

T1 - To crown reduce Damson tree cutting back from the house by 2 metres, T2 - To rebalance Cherry tree crown by house cutting selected branches by a maximum of 1 metre leaving a 3 metre balanced crown, T3 - To rebalance White Laburnum tree crown in rear garden cutting selected branches by a maximum of 1 metre leaving a 3 metre balanced crown

G1 circled red, Lime trees, re-pollard to previous pollard cuts, G2 circled blue Two large Silver Birch fell, T1 circled green pollarded Lime tree fell, T2 circled yellow Horse Chestnut with large pocket of decay in trunk and a lean towards the house fell, T3 circled white Large Lime tree thin canopy by 20%.

T1) Oak tree reduce overhanging branches 2m away from the house.T2) Sycamore tree crown reduced by 15%. T3) Hazel reduce by 50% to clear power lines.

T1 - Yew - located on roadside bank - to crown lift to 8m, T2 - Cherry - located on roadside bank - to pollard the 2 roadside stems of multi-stemmed tree, to 7-8m, T3 - Silver Birch - located in rear garden on edge of copse - to fell due to significant lean towards house, T4 - Hawthorn - located in centre of rear garden - to crown reduce by 20% (2m) to rebalance canopy.

T1 - Conifer tree by the Coach House reduce to 1.5 metres in height, G1 - Conifer hedge along driveway- Fell, T2 - Sycamore in rear garden crown reduce by 25% and crown lift to a height of 4-5 metres, T3 - Sycamore in rear garden crown lift to 5 metres and crown thin by 30%, G2 Beech hedge on rear boundary reduce to 4 metres in height and reduce width by 1m . T4 - Oak Tree in rear garden -Fell, G3 - Sycamore Trees crown lift to a height of 6 metres ,G4 - 4 Yew trees situated in 77 Nargate Street along the side rear boundary of back garden , cut back by 1-2 m to boundary and remove overhanging branches, T5 & T6 - 2 Bay trees to front of property reduce to 2.5 metres in height and shape into individual lollipop shapes.
