Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for the proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access; to allow the replacement of the Plant Room windows to steel louvres for ventilation and relocation of the newly planted trees to the northern boundary on Cockering Road.

T1 - To pollard Lombardy Poplar tree to previous points in front garden. T3 - To prune Prunus tree by a maximum of 30 cms in height leaving a 3.5 metre tall tree on front side boundary. G1 - To cut back neighbours overhanging branches from hedge to boundary by a maximum of 15 cms along rear fence line G2 - To trim back neighbours overhanging trees by a maximum of 15 cms to boundary along side fence line to house T4 - To crown lift Apple tree where branches are growing on and over roof of tiled outbuilding in rear garden leaving a 0.5 metre gap between tree and outbuilding and the crown will remain the same size.

T1 horse chestnut- crown height reduction of 3m (20%) and canopy thin, to allow more light to solar panels on house roof in side garden.

T1 side of house - cut Sycamore tree overhanging roof back to boundary.

T.P.O. no 2. 1973 & no 4. 1964 - T1) Cherry Plum tree located to the left front of the property towards the rear garden area, to reduce by 30% and to shape back all round. T2) To reduce the Pyracantha to the corner of the property, reducing to its previous cutting. T3) Dogwood to the left of pine, to cut down to near ground level. T4) Beech tree nearest to the neighbours property, lifting the low growth to 4m over the shrubbery. T5) Yew tree to reduce in the outer canopy all round and oval top edge as required. T6) Cotoneaster, to remove the larger stems leaving the younger growth reducing by 20% and tidy. T8) Yew tree to the rear end of the property, to re-shape back the outer growth all round and top. T9) Liquid Amber adjacent the house, reducing to previous and shaping back from the windows. T10) Bay tree to the rear of the garage, reduce to its previous and re-shape as required. T11) Holly tree to the side of the barn, to reduce back the growth producing a gap between the roof and the tree. T13) Ash saplings located to the field side of the barn, cutting back the sapling to approximately 5ft (previous).

T.PO No 6 1990, Beech (T1) - Fell due to severe presence of Canker very low on the main stem and proximity to house. Yew (T2) - Reduce to 10 foot and to maintain as a hedge Beech (T3) prune branches away from garage as they are interfering with the roof. cut back to give a clearance of 4 meters.

T1 - Holm Oak- front right hand corner of property - reduce canopy on house side to give 2m clearance to house elevation, and to crown lift to 4m. T2 - Lime - to left hand side of gate from Wickham Rd. - crown lift to 7m T3 - Lime - monolith stem -to remove entirely T4 - Yew - right hand side of gate from Wickham Rd. - crown lift to 4.5m T5 - Silver Birch - to rear of house - reduce crown on house side to give 2m clearance T6 - Yew - located to far left of house, overhanging single-storey building - to reduce to give 2m clearance from roof. G1 - Boundary trees along Wickham Rd. (Yew, Box and others) - to reduce to 5m, reshape and trim to reform hedge into manageable state

G1 Acer campestre - field maple: Four trees located in the side garden on the l/h/s boundary near the house and over the footpath; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 2-3 metres from the branch tips (or enough to give 2-3metres clearance from the roof and wall of the house) this is in practice a reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25%. Trees will be reduced in height from 11m to 8-9m and radial spread from 4.5m to 3.5m

Silver Birch T1, cut back single branch of 10cm width overhanging tennis court,Level the top of the Leylandii Hedge T2 between Willows and Sunnyside as it is uneven, removing up to 2m of the top of a 6m hedge,reduction of crown of cherry trees T3 and T4 that are growing very close to the house and obscuring first floor view and contributing to moss on the roof and branches rubbing against building in wind.

T1) Laurel to the left side trim back the regrowth as required. T2) Laurel just past the Ginko trim back as required. T3) To attend to the three Fruit trees, reducing the taller tree to similar height as the middle tree, and to prune the middle tree and shorter tree as required. T4) To remove the regrowth from the Plum and Cherry tree. T5) To attend to the Conifer/arch growth trimming to its previous cutting. T6) To trim back the regrowth on the four large shrubs as previously done. T7) To trim back the side growth from the side of the studio (Holly) T8) To attend to the group of trees to the rear off the three silver Birch trees. Reducing the top growth to approximately 3ft above the summer house roof, and to remove the stems rubbing the gutter/roof area. All located in rear garden area.
