Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/20/01102/VAR for the Variation of condition 2 (drawings) and 3 (window) of planning permission CA/19/01890/FUL for the proposed two-storey front and side extensions, alterations to fenestration, detached garage and store along with use of existing garage as ancillary stores and studio space; to allow window alterations at first floor level and amend the wording of condition 3 to remove reference to 'guest bedroom' and 'shall be non-opening unless above 1.7m'; to allow a change of position of a rear window and bi-folding door within the rear projection of the existing house.
