Variation of condition 1 (drawings) of planning permission CA/21/01800/RES for the Reserved matters application for the approval of appearance, access, landscaping, layout and scale for development of Phase A consisting of 128 residential units, 207 square metres of commercial floorspace, and provision of the first phase of the Herne Relief Road, alongside the provision of all associated infrastructure, parking, servicing, landscaping, utilities, and open space, pursuant to outline planning permission CA/15/01317/OUT; to allow re-distribution of affordable housing, change of house and flat design (including amended fenestration), alterations to street surface treatments and the removal of car ports.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//19/01249/VAR for the variation of condition 04 (highway works) of planning permission CA//15/00560/FUL for the erection of four residential dwellings arranged around a central courtyard including the provision of vehicular parking, landscaping and garden sheds; to allow alterations to highways works; to allow front door position moved from the house wall to the projection wall, the wc window on the house front wall moved to the side, the windows to the ground floor projection replaced with the front door and hall window; the first floor window from two separate ones to one shallower longer one, with the boarding changed from vertical to horizontal, side windows added to each side of the projection, first floor extended out by 450mm, front projection roof changed from gable to hip, rear elevation projection ridge raised slightly and rear projection dormer to have a flat roof in lieu of a pitched roof.

Change of use from retail at ground floor and house in multiple occupation on first and second floors to 3 No. residential dwellings, together with extension of parking area, two-storey side extension, alterations to shopfront and additional windows and doors following demolition of existing single-storey side extension.
