T1 - crown reduce Beech tree by 3.5 metres in height and lift crown away from footpath and roof in front garden leaving a 5 metre tall tree. T2 - crown reduce cherry plum tree by 1.5 metres in both height and lateral spread leaving a 4 metre crown.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for the proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access; to allow the replacement of the Plant Room windows to steel louvres for ventilation and relocation of the newly planted trees to the northern boundary on Cockering Road.

T1 - To pollard Lombardy Poplar tree to previous points in front garden. T3 - To prune Prunus tree by a maximum of 30 cms in height leaving a 3.5 metre tall tree on front side boundary. G1 - To cut back neighbours overhanging branches from hedge to boundary by a maximum of 15 cms along rear fence line G2 - To trim back neighbours overhanging trees by a maximum of 15 cms to boundary along side fence line to house T4 - To crown lift Apple tree where branches are growing on and over roof of tiled outbuilding in rear garden leaving a 0.5 metre gap between tree and outbuilding and the crown will remain the same size.

T3 - To cut back Yew tree growing over carriageway by 0.3 metres away from carriageway and to lift to a height of 5.3 metres as being profiled by passing traffic along side boundary. T4 - To cut Yew tree away from garage roof and power line clearing 1-2 metres in rear garden.

Reduce height of Sycamore trees to fence level, to give more light to surrounding area and thus prevent damage to thatched roof. Pollarded trees are numbers 1 and 2 on the plan.

T1- Cherry - To reduce the overall crown by 2.5 metres to allow clearance of the property roof, T2 - Willow - Fell - To allow light into the vegetable allotment, T3 - Sycamore Crown Lift by 2.5 metres from ground level to allow clearance on the shed, T4 - Oak - Crown lift by 2.5metres from ground level to allow clearance,T5 - Maple - Removal of lowest limb to allow clearance located to the side and rear.

T1 - To cut back the overhang from large Leylandii tree from 1 Pearsons Cottages to previous growth points and away from roof and rebalance crown.

T.P.O No 12 of 1975 T1 Walnut- Cut back branches from overhanging the roof.
