Bird Cherry situated in rear garden on alongside boundary of Number 6 Bridgeford Way. Reduce the crown to level with top floor windows, remove two smaller stems and reshape.

Sycamore located to front of property- Crown reduction by 2m off height to bring top in line with 1st storey window and small reduction in width of crown to preserve proportions

G1 - To cut back lower and upper vegetation on track from roundabout to greenroom. G2 - To cut back group of Holm Oak trees by 3 meters away from wall and roof of guest bungalows and balance crowns. T1 - To sectionally fell to ground level Horse Chestnut tree with large cavity at base of tree extending upwards to over 4 metres. T2 - To remove large overhanging limb on roof of greenroom. T3 - To deadwood and remove broken hanging branches and reduce overhang of Monterey Cypress tree by 3 metres. T4, T5, T6 & T7 - To crown reduce Cherry trees by and Viburnum away from roofs, windows and paths in the patter wing communal area by 2-3 metres. T8 - To crown reduce Bay tree by 3 metres overall away from cables.

Variation of condition 2 (drawings) and condition 5 (trees) of planning permission CA/18/01398/FUL for the Proposed single-storey rear extension for use as therapy clinic following demolition of existing conservatory; to allow removal of the diseased tree, a extension to store room by 891mm, to adjust the ramp length, replacement of garage door with framed door and side window and changing from 3 sliding doors to 4 bifold doors to external courtyard.
