TPO No 1 1975 - T1- Sycamore, remove lowered growth up to 5 meters, T2- Sycamore, remove overhanging branches up to 3 meters. T3- Sycamore, remove all dead wood and dropping branches by 4 meters, T4- Sycamore, remove hanging/suspended limb and raise to 6 meters, T5- Sycamore, raise to 8m on southeast side of the tree, T6- Sycamore, remove growth up-to 6m and raise to 8m, T7- Sycamore, remove growth to 5m and raise on southeast side to 8m, T8- Yew, raise over fence to 2m clearance from top of fence. Cut back the remaining canopy to within 1m of the boundary on the inside, T9- Pine, remove the two lowest limbs at 5/6m on the Southeast side of the tree, T10- Sycamore, remove the two lowest lateral limbs over garden on southeast side to 12m and then reduce back canopy by 3m, T11- Sycamore, remove the three lowest lateral limbs over garden on southeast side to 12m and then reduce back canopy by 3m, T12 & 13, both Sycamore trees, raise to 7m by removing re growth and cut back to allow 3 meter clearance, T14- Sycamore, cut back to main stem all new growth to 1 meter. T15- Sycamore, raised to 5 meters in height.

T.P.O no.8, 1975- All trees located along Highfield Close boundary side of site. T1, Field Maple tree, remove epicormic growth on main stem to height of eaves of building as previously carried out. T2, Oak tree, remove epicormic growth on main stem to height of eaves of building as previously carried out. T3, Remove one lowest limb from Oak tree which over hangs the lawn area and is touching the telecom cables. T5, Prune back Hazel from building to fence line (previous cutting points) to allow adequate clearance from the main building.

T.P.O No 3, 1990 - Fell 1x dying Field Maple and 1x dying Ash, located on the left side of the outer boundary, 1x dead Oak in the middle of rear boundary and 2x dying Oaks on the right side of fence line.

T.P.O No 1 1971, T1) To attend to the young self-sown Prunus tree, to reduce the leading stem by 20%, T2) Sycamore tree, between the rear boundary fence line, remove one secondary branch growing towards the rear garden, T3) Elm tree, This tree has a secondary branch to be removed from the lawn side of the tree,several Beech trees on the rear boundary line (neighbours trees) trim back several small branches,T4) Sycamore tree located to the far right corner of the rear garden,remove several low branches on the garden side,T5) Oak tree this tree dominates the rear garden area, remove all major deadwood from the tree and to remove the low ring of branches from the main stem (lifting to main fork level at 4m)

T.P.O. no 5 1994 T1 - Yew located on rear boundary and overhanging neighbouring property - to target prune back to suitable branch junctions on or near boundary fence, following BS3998:2010, to remove overhanging section of canopy above neighbouring garden, leaving tree canopy on that side as balanced and as natural tree shaped as possible.

T.P.O no. 5 of 1994. T11 - Yew - located on rear left hand side of main building. Reduce canopy by 2m and to rebalance, reshape crown reducing canopy away from building. T20 - Leyland's Cypress - located on right hand rear fence boundary line, on drive edge to Portland Place. Cut back overhanging canopy to 3m to right hand elevation of Elms Court and to reduce canopy to give 2m clearance from gutters, to abate overhanging from neighbouring property.

TPO No 1, 1971 - T1) Conifer trees located to the left boundary rear garden- Reduce the row to level of the garage roof height, reduce all side growth. T2) Elderberry and Holly located to rear boundary- Reduce the top growth by approximately 1/3 and tidy the privet as required. Privet and Laurel located to the right rear boundary-Reduce to approx 1m above the boundary fence and reduce back the garden side growth.

T1 - To fell to ground level Bay tree in rear garden due to extensive rot at base from previous cuttings and landscaping to be carried out along boundary fencing T2 - To fell to ground level Pittosporum tree in rear garden - applied for 5 day exemption - ring girdled, has cavities in the upper crown and movement at the base. It is overhanging a children's play area within a private garden and it is interfering with power cables to properties and dangerous T3 - To radially crown reduce Golden Plum tree by 15% in rear garden leaving a crown spread of 2-3 metres for maintenance T4 - To crown lift Walnut tree away from Golden Plum tree in rear garden removing 2-3 limbs encroaching into Golden Plum tree as walnut tree is dominant

T.P.O. No 12 1975, Vegetation on boundary of The Allotments, Kings School, Canterbury flanking residential Lichfield Ave properties and gardens from footpath on west boundary to school access gate: - To cut back all vegetation overhanging Lichfield Avenue residential properties back to the vicinity of the fence line including overhanging branches from mature trees. - To selectively remove to near ground level, approx 5-6 self seeded establishing young sycamore stems growing close to the fence line.

T.P.O. No2, 1997, T1, T2. T3 Oak trees - fell, T4 - Oak tree with large cavity at base and heartwood decay visible to a height of 3 metres - fell, T5 - Oak tree with 2 metre wound at base of tree- fell, T6 - Remove south facing limb from Oak tree. T7 - Ash tree, by gate - fell due to proximity of new gates, fence and power and telecommunication cables, T8 -Remove deadwood from Oak tree, T9 - Remove limb from Oak tree, leaning towards property, G1 - Fell self sewn Oak and Ash trees growing at an angle over drive, G2 - To deadwood row of Oak trees along rear boundary and cut back overhang by 2 metres to make room for scaffolding, G3 -Remove deadwood from all trees throughout woodland in red triangle.
