TPO 3 1986 STU - TG1- 6 x Sycamore trees in front garden - Fell. T2 - Elderberry & Bramble, to right of garage - Fell. T3 -line of trees cut back by 1 metre. T4-Horse Chestnut, in front/side garden, remove 100% of lowest branch. T5 - Holm Oak in front garden - Fell.

T.P.O no 2 1973 - T1) Reduce and reshape Ash tree to previous cutting points and reduce away from garage, as done previously, T2) Reduce and reshape Sycamore to previous cutting points, to the right side of the driveway.

T.P.O No 2 1968, T1 & T2 - To crown lift 2 Oak trees to a height of 4 metres away from the drive and garage roof at the front of the property for vehicular access

T.P.O. no 14 1975 T10) - Sycamore tree located to the right of the site reduce back the overhang to its previous cutting points, clear growth from the building and cable. T11) Trees located to the right of the garage block, to remove Sycamore stem growing over the garage roof area, two dead stems over the side of the garage and one stem over the rear corner of the garage.

TPO No 4 1985, T1 - To take down Conifer stem to 2 metres bringing it in line with front of hedge , T2 & T3 - To crown lift 2 Ash trees to 5 metres so they are 2 metres higher than garage roof for maintenance T4 - To crown lift Yew tree to 2 metres in height by shed in rear garden for maintenance T5 - To remove front limb on Goat Willow tree with tear at 3 metres to a height of 2.2 metres leaving woodpecker hole for habitat in rear garden T6 & T7 - To crown reduce 2 Bay trees by 40% or 3 metres in height leaving a 5 metre tall bush in front garden

T.P.O. no 2. 1973 & no 4. 1964 - T1) Cherry Plum tree located to the left front of the property towards the rear garden area, to reduce by 30% and to shape back all round. T2) To reduce the Pyracantha to the corner of the property, reducing to its previous cutting. T3) Dogwood to the left of pine, to cut down to near ground level. T4) Beech tree nearest to the neighbours property, lifting the low growth to 4m over the shrubbery. T5) Yew tree to reduce in the outer canopy all round and oval top edge as required. T6) Cotoneaster, to remove the larger stems leaving the younger growth reducing by 20% and tidy. T8) Yew tree to the rear end of the property, to re-shape back the outer growth all round and top. T9) Liquid Amber adjacent the house, reducing to previous and shaping back from the windows. T10) Bay tree to the rear of the garage, reduce to its previous and re-shape as required. T11) Holly tree to the side of the barn, to reduce back the growth producing a gap between the roof and the tree. T13) Ash saplings located to the field side of the barn, cutting back the sapling to approximately 5ft (previous).

T.PO No 6 1990, Beech (T1) - Fell due to severe presence of Canker very low on the main stem and proximity to house. Yew (T2) - Reduce to 10 foot and to maintain as a hedge Beech (T3) prune branches away from garage as they are interfering with the roof. cut back to give a clearance of 4 meters.

TPO No 1, 1971 - T1) Conifer trees located to the left boundary rear garden- Reduce the row to level of the garage roof height, reduce all side growth. T2) Elderberry and Holly located to rear boundary- Reduce the top growth by approximately 1/3 and tidy the privet as required. Privet and Laurel located to the right rear boundary-Reduce to approx 1m above the boundary fence and reduce back the garden side growth.

T.P.O. no 9, 1976 T1 - Horse Chestnut located in front garden behind garage/outbuilding - to remove 2 selected limbs on overhead power cable side of tree and to re-pollard tree to previous pollard pruning points. T2 - Lime - located on right hand border and overhanging neighbours' garden - to re-pollard back to previous pollard pruning points and to remove deadwood.

T.P.O No 1 1971 T1) Sweet Chestnut trees located to the rear/right of the summer house, removing of lower branches, T2) - Sweet Chestnut tree (major decay at the base) pollarding the tree to approximately 4 - 5m, T3) - three Sweet Chestnut trees located to the left side of the garage, all three re-pollard the trees back to there previous pollarding points, T4) - To the left/rear corner of the garage one Sweet Chestnut reduce back to clear the garage roof area.
