T1- Common Oak (Quercus robur) crown reduction by 1 meter. T2- Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) felling to allow greater light & access to outbuilding & reduce suppression of oak. T3- Yew (Taxus baccata) felling to allow greater light, access to outbuilding & reduce suppression of oak. T5 - Silver Birch (Betula pendula) felling to allow boundary fencing to be replaced,Tree is suffering from dieback & defined as having a poor physiological condition. T6 Plum (Prunus Kanzan) felling for access to the property & light. T13- Plum (Prunus Domestica) felling. T15, T16, T19, T20 (Malus sp) pruning by 10%. T17, T18 Plum (Prunus Domestica) pruning by 10%.

T1 & T2 - To cut back overhanging neighbours Yew tree and adjacent Conifer tree by up to a maximum of 1 metre towards boundary and crown lifting to 2.5 metres and shape on rear side boundary to clear walkways for emergency exits G2 - To cut back group of overhanging neighbours trees and vegetation to boundary to a maximum of 2 metres around outdoor seating area comprising of Sycamore and Elder forming a mixed hedge T3 - To cut back overhanging neighbours Willow tree to boundary by a maximum of 2-3 metres growing over gazebo area.

T1) - Mature beech tree on the right boundary of the rear garden. To reduce the tree back from the property by approximately 1 - 1.5m and balance with the opposite side, lift the low growth on one side by 0.25 - 0.5m and lift opposite side up to match by approximately 1 - 1.25m, carry out a 25% crown thin.

T1 - Marsh Cypress - 10% crown reduction in rear garden. My landscaping contractor told me in January 2015 that CCC had consented to the removal of this tree and grinding out its stump. He told me that a CCC conservation officer with responsibility for archaeology had also visited the site, and had no objection to this proposal. Having obtained further expert advice, from a local tree specialist, I decided it would be far preferable to retain the tree. However, this would be possible only if I could obtain consent for a 10% crown reduction each year, to ensure no further increase in its spread and the extent of its root growth. This was necessary to meet insurance requirements, the tree being close to the long boundary wall, the river embankment, and the dwelling itself, all of which are listed Grade II. The crown reduction having been approved in advance on each occasion to date, the work has been carried out January/February every year. The tree has continued to grow vigorously, is well-shaped, and remains suitable in size for its environment. I now seek consent for a 10% crown reduction, to be carried out by the same local specialist. The work proposed would be done during January or February 2024, when the tree will have shed its foliage and become dormant.

All located in the rear garden of No 9 Cromwell. T5 Laurus nobilis, Located in the garden of No.11 reduce height to 2.5m above ground level, from 4.5m hedge trim all sides to instigate a more formal shape.
