T3-T6 Holly trees along the driveway - reduce by approximately 2.5 metres. T7. Beech tree along the driveway - dismantle the tree down to ground level. T8. Mature red Oak tree located at the end of the driveway (house side) - reduce the entire tree by approximately 4 metres and deadwood the canopy. T9. Lime tree at the front of the property, reduce the limb by approximately 2.5 metres H1. Remove a section of mixed variety hedge located along the road side - This part of the hedge line will be completely re-planted with a English native hedge line 3 metres back from the existing hedge line.

Twin stemmed Wild Cherry with weak bifurcated basal union at 0.5m and has shed a leader on weak union at approximately 2m during recent high winds. Remainder of tree is structurally compromised - Fell to ground level. Tree located in garden of property within falling distance of house.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for the proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access; to allow the replacement of the Plant Room windows to steel louvres for ventilation and relocation of the newly planted trees to the northern boundary on Cockering Road.

Application under the prior approval process for enlargement of a dwelling house by construction of an additional storey with a maximum overall height of 7.30 metres.

T1 - To pollard Lombardy Poplar tree to previous points in front garden. T3 - To prune Prunus tree by a maximum of 30 cms in height leaving a 3.5 metre tall tree on front side boundary. G1 - To cut back neighbours overhanging branches from hedge to boundary by a maximum of 15 cms along rear fence line G2 - To trim back neighbours overhanging trees by a maximum of 15 cms to boundary along side fence line to house T4 - To crown lift Apple tree where branches are growing on and over roof of tiled outbuilding in rear garden leaving a 0.5 metre gap between tree and outbuilding and the crown will remain the same size.
