T1 - Marsh Cypress - 10% crown reduction in rear garden. My landscaping contractor told me in January 2015 that CCC had consented to the removal of this tree and grinding out its stump. He told me that a CCC conservation officer with responsibility for archaeology had also visited the site, and had no objection to this proposal. Having obtained further expert advice, from a local tree specialist, I decided it would be far preferable to retain the tree. However, this would be possible only if I could obtain consent for a 10% crown reduction each year, to ensure no further increase in its spread and the extent of its root growth. This was necessary to meet insurance requirements, the tree being close to the long boundary wall, the river embankment, and the dwelling itself, all of which are listed Grade II. The crown reduction having been approved in advance on each occasion to date, the work has been carried out January/February every year. The tree has continued to grow vigorously, is well-shaped, and remains suitable in size for its environment. I now seek consent for a 10% crown reduction, to be carried out by the same local specialist. The work proposed would be done during January or February 2024, when the tree will have shed its foliage and become dormant.

Twin stemmed Wild Cherry with weak bifurcated basal union at 0.5m and has shed a leader on weak union at approximately 2m during recent high winds. Remainder of tree is structurally compromised - Fell to ground level. Tree located in garden of property within falling distance of house.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//19/01249/VAR for the erection of four residential dwellings arranged around a central courtyard including the provision of vehicular parking, landscaping and garden sheds; to allow replacement of window with juliet balcony and introduction of vertical timber weatherboarding to the northern elevation gable of Plot 2.

T1- Cherry - To reduce the overall crown by 2.5 metres to allow clearance of the property roof, T2 - Willow - Fell - To allow light into the vegetable allotment, T3 - Sycamore Crown Lift by 2.5 metres from ground level to allow clearance on the shed, T4 - Oak - Crown lift by 2.5metres from ground level to allow clearance,T5 - Maple - Removal of lowest limb to allow clearance located to the side and rear.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//19/01249/VAR for the variation of condition 04 (highway works) of planning permission CA//15/00560/FUL for the erection of four residential dwellings arranged around a central courtyard including the provision of vehicular parking, landscaping and garden sheds; to allow alterations to highways works; to allow front door position moved from the house wall to the projection wall, the wc window on the house front wall moved to the side, the windows to the ground floor projection replaced with the front door and hall window; the first floor window from two separate ones to one shallower longer one, with the boarding changed from vertical to horizontal, side windows added to each side of the projection, first floor extended out by 450mm, front projection roof changed from gable to hip, rear elevation projection ridge raised slightly and rear projection dormer to have a flat roof in lieu of a pitched roof.

T1 Ilex aquifolium - holly: Located on the l/h/s boundary near the shed; reduce height by 3m and trim the sides in to match the new height. Height reduced from 8m to 6 and spread from 4m to 3m T2 Fagus sylvatica var. Purpurea - copper beech: Mature tree located at the end of the garden; reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 1.5-2 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance. Height reduced from 14-15m to 12-13m and radial spread from 9m to 7m. T3 Magnolia spp. - magnolia: Located in the rear garden near the r/h/s boundary; Re-reduce the crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 3-3.5 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance. Height reduced from 8m to 5m and radial spread 4m- 2-2.5m

Juglans regia - walnut- Fell. Established yet compact tree located on the r/h/s boundary in the rear garden & over the shed/boundary; This tree is damaging the water mains.

T1 - Corsican Pine Tree, to remove 2 lower limbs hanging over sheds and garage below and have major deadwood removed from the crown.

T1 - Ash - Crown reduce 1x Ash to approx 2ft above previous reduction points, removing 3m in height and 2m in radial spread retaining tree at 8m. Remove 2x lower branches overhanging neighbouring property and shed in rear garden,T2 - Horse Chestnut - Crown lift lower branches from 1x Horse Chestnut lifting canopy to approx 4m above ground level
