Reduce height of Sycamore trees to fence level, to give more light to surrounding area and thus prevent damage to thatched roof. Pollarded trees are numbers 1 and 2 on the plan.

G1 - To cut back overhanging branches from group of ivy clad sycamore trees to boundary between 0.5 and 5 metres between fence and 10ft way to Harbour Street. G2 - To cut back overhanging branches from group of sycamore and conifer trees to boundary between 0.5 and 5 metres along rear side boundary from neighbouring property.

Oak in rear garden-re-pollard, reduce overhanging branches by 1 metre to previous points, overall 20% reduction; Sycamore in rear garden of Little Court reduce overhanging branches by 1.5 metres to fence line.

T1- Large single stem ash leaning towards scout Hall, near 11kV power line. Some evidence of ash dieback. Reduce crown by up to 5 metres. T2- Large decayed area at base, leaning towards gardens, footpath etc, honey fungus boot laces present. Coppice to hedge height. T3- Hornbeam. Tangled in dead ash tree (T9). Once ash is removed will be highly distorted and could be vulnerable to wind throw. Coppice hedge height. T4- multi-stem ash overstood regrowth from previously managed hedge makes this more likely to fail. Lean towards gardens a footpath- coppice to previous cut point- hedge height. T5,T6- single small ash trees suffering from ash dieback- extensive deadwood. Will fall on nearby sheds, footpath, fences etc. Fell to ground level as outside of hedge line. T9- large dead ash tree- immediate risk to people and property. Cut to hedge height.

8 Ash Trees - Coppice to fence height approx 4ft. Trees suffering from die back. 6 are located the NE and 2 to the N boundary line. (T3) 1 Hornbeam Tree- located on the NE boundary. Coppice to fence height approx 4ft.

Non-material amendment to planning permission CA//17/01866/FOS a mixed use development including up to 900 dwellings; to allow alterations to 5 house types, minor amendments to phase 1 layout, including reduction in parking spaces by 2, amended bus stop location, alterations to locations of lighting columns, addition of bollard lighting, alterations to landscaping including trees, ditches and fences/walls.

Fell Apple tree, located next to the house, Crab Apple located along the front boundary fence, reduce by 2 metres, fell Cherry tree, located along the front boundary fence, Fell Holly tree located along the front boundary fence. Fell row of mixed Leylandii and Golden Leylandii located along the front boundary fence.
