TPO No 1, 1971 - T1) Conifer trees located to the left boundary rear garden- Reduce the row to level of the garage roof height, reduce all side growth. T2) Elderberry and Holly located to rear boundary- Reduce the top growth by approximately 1/3 and tidy the privet as required. Privet and Laurel located to the right rear boundary-Reduce to approx 1m above the boundary fence and reduce back the garden side growth.

T1 Re-pollard Lime tree on boundary wall (close to garage) by 2.5m to previous pollard .T2 Partial spread reduction of Leylandii by 1.5m on side where it is encroaching on Magnolia tree. T3 Partial spread reduction of Leylandii by 1.5m on side & top where it is encroaching on Magnolia tree.

T1) Yew tree - end of garden, left boundary, reduce back large branch over lawn side, reduce back by 50% and tidy back from lawn. T2) Apple tree - adjacent Yew tree, lift low outer canopy for head room and reduce crown down to its previous cutting and oval top. T1 - Dead Chamaecyparis lawsoniana - Lawson cypress, located on front roadside boundary: - fell T2 Quercus robur - Pendunculate oak, located at the foot of the slope, on the roadside boundary (Church Lane): - retrenchment pruned by removing the largest section of deadwood (over the garage) back to suitable growth, the reminder of the tree which also has substantial deadwood present to also be reduced back to suitable growth. In practice between 2-3m removed from selective branch tips. T3 Quercus robur - Pendunculate oak, located at the top of the bank over Church Lane; to remove the lowest small branch over the road back to the main stem.
