Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/19/10405/VAR for the Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA//18/02364/VAR for proposed change of use from residential institution to student accommodation together with erection of 3 no. two and three-storey buildings comprising student accommodation, two-storey front extension to main block for use as student accommodation together with landscaping, provision of associated parking and alterations to access following partial demolition of existing buildings to allow changes to landscaping, car park layout, elevations, internal layouts of accommodation block C and relocation of the plant room; to allow alterations to the internal layout, amendment to the building footprints, adjustment to staircase positions and elevational treatment of Blocks A and B.
