Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/01664/RES for the Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 comprising 138 residential dwellings and associated works, landscaping, parking, open space and servicing, together with details of the extension to Duncan Down including landscaping, multi-use games area and allotments; to allow change to the wording of condition 9 to read as the following:- Prior to the occupation of the 135th dwelling unit within the development hereby approved, the bus gates to be approved pursuant to condition 28 of planning permission CA/15/01296 shall be installed.

Variation of condition 02 (drawings) of planning permission CA/18/00466/FUL for proposed three-storey building with 2 no. commercial units at ground floor and 3 no. flats above, together with 1 no. two-storey dwelling to rear with associated access and parking, following demolition of existing buildings; to allow single-storey side and rear extension to mixed commercial and residential block, together with balconies to first and second floor to the north of that part of the development, as well as two-storey side extension to two-storey detached dwelling to rear including ground-floor undercroft for vehicles and balcony to first-floor north elevation.
