Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA/22/02148/VAR for the proposed two-storey building with accommodation within the roof space containing five flats following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings; to allow reduced gable projection on the front elevation, pitched roof to staircore to rear, redesign first floor flank projection windows to first floor flat rear bed, additional flank windows to ground floor and first floor kitchen areas and meter cupboards to rear elevation, together with external material changes and sloped to angled corners of first floor rear projection.

Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA//19/01520/FUL for the proposed two-storey building with accommodation within the roof space containing five flats following the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings; to allow external alterations including extensions to rear, revised glazing arrangements and roof designs, to relocate staircore/lift shaft to rear of building and to re-designs the internal flat layouts.
