The removal of all trief kerbs and the addition of four small sections Armco barriers. 2. Amended location of lamppost to north eastern corner. 3. Addition of pedestrian pathway along eastern boundary. 4. Addition of internal pedestrian crossing with tactile paving & safety bollards. 5. Pedestrian pathway provided to the front of car parking bays. 6. Provision of eight EV charging bays - four for each unit. 7. Provision of break out areas for staff 8. Loss of one parking space and provision of a PTW space instead. 9. Increase to the width of the perimeter footpath.
