All within W1 - T1 Oak Tree (on map)- Rear Boundary beyond stream - Reduce back to rear lawn boundary line,to previous cutting points 2-3m off; T2 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 4m, reduce house side back to the edge of the ditch/stream approx. 3m; T3 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 3-4m, reduce house side to edge of ditch/stream approx. 2-3m. Reason: To control the size of the trees for their location (they are on the edge of a steam/ditch. Also to allow more light into the rear of the property.

T1 Oak - Crown lift to 6m and crown reduce upto 2m only on western side overhanging boundary of 34 Church Lane. T2 Robinia - Reduce overhanging branch by 2m, back to boundary of 34 Church Lane.

Oak- Overhanging boundary of 34 Church Lane- Crown lift by 5m. Reason: To minimize leaf fall and debris into the property and for aesthetic purposes.

G1 4 x Limes- Located at boundary with church yard- Reduce the height of the 4x Limes to approx 8m and remove all other growth to intiate a new pollard Trees are lapsed pollards, 2 of the trees have already been re pollarded owner would like to reinstate the pollard regime.

T1 conifer - Located in rear garden-Remove. Reason: Due to overcrowding and poor health T2 holm oak - Located in no. 33B - Reduce overhanging branches by 1.5m back towards boundary

T4 Sycamore- Fell to ground level- poison remaining stump and to also fell and poison additional Sycamore Sapling trees. Reason: Tree is structurally in poor form ; T5 Snake Bark Maple tree- Clear Ivy and brambles. Reason: To give chance to survive; G6 x3 Robinia- Fell to ground level poison remaining stumps Reason: In poor condition; T25 Ash tree - To sever Ivy from ground level on the trunk of tree to approx 8ft high. Reason: The Ivy is encroaching the crown of the tree and will in time effect the long term health of the tree; T27 Yew tree- To remove low branches on Yew tree by 0.914 which is off site. Reason: Branches over hang Palmerston Lodge and are rubbing against boundary wall; T28 Monterey Cypress- Remove low branches over path by 1.219m. Reason: Over hanging path way, tables and chairs area

T3 Ash- Located in rear garden of 19 Trotwood Close- Reduce the crown height and spread by 1.5m. T8 Oak-Located in rear garden of 15 Trotwood Close on the boundary with 17 Trotwood Close - Crown reduce by 1.6m Reason: The tree completely covers the neighbouring property's garden making it very dark .

W1 Hornbeam- Located at the side of the road on the boundary between the property and 'Setters' - 1.5 - 2 m crown reduction to suitable pruning points and removal of deadwood. Reason: There is a power cable running through it (and telephone) if left there is a risk that branches will damage/bring down the power line.

T1 - Horse Chestnut - rear boundary No.22 Windley Tye - Reduce height by 5m max; reduce sides back to previous pruning points; lightly thin crown by 10% maximum; all cuts to suitable growing points and shape over to leave natural profile. Reason: Branches etc. are falling into No.22 and severely restricting safe play for children in the garden. Tree also showing signs of bleeding canker and deadwood; T2 - Horse Chestnut in rear garden overhanging 22 Windley Tye - reduce crown overhanging rear garden of 22 Windley Tye to the boundary line, cutting to suitable growing points, leaving a flowing profile, crown clean and crown thin by 20%, cutting to branch collar.

Mixed species including Goat Willow, Cherry, Ash, Hornbeam, Laurel, Hawthorn, Sycamore and Maple- Located at Car Park Boundary- Reduce all crowns overhanging the car park by up to 3m as needed. Remove all lower secondary branches to a height of 4m over the car park, reduce back all lower growth (to a height of 2m) 50cm beyond curb edge . Reason: To provide clearance to car park
