T1 Conifer- Crown lift by approximately 2m. Reason: To clear garage roof. T2-3 Conifer- Section fell both trees to as close to ground level as possible. Reason: These trees have outgrown this space and have just become too big.

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

T1 Oak - located in rear garden - Reduction of overhanging branches and limbs by 2m. Reason: overhanging and rubbing onto garage roof.

Pine tree- Fell. Reason: Leaning at considerable slant and blocking access to garage. The tree is in poor condition and leaning across the driveway and towards the church hall building.

Non-Material Amendment for planning application 22/01714/FUL:- (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of 2no. dwellings with detached garages.) Repositioning Plot 1 approximately 2m back on the site, to protect a Non TPO Oak Tree. Alteration to the single storey rear projection. Alteration to garages.

Norway Maple Tree (T2) requires a 3m-4m upper crown reduction (not exceeding previous cut points) and a 2m-3m mid to lower crown reduction (not exceeding previous cut points). Reason: This is to alleviate weight on old cut points and encourage vitality and newgrowth. Norway maple tree (T4) is nearly dead and needs to be cut down to ground level. Reason: It is in close proximity to the garage of both no. 7 and 9 seven ash green. This tree pose a dangerous risk to people and property.

T19 Silver Birch- Reduce the height by 2.5 metres. Reason: To keep to a reasonable size as the tree is close to the house and garage and shades the patio area.

G1: 3x Oaks: Crown reduce back to previous points by removing no more than 2.5m at the most, cutting to a suitable growth point and maintaining the natural shape of the crown. Reason: To maintain trees at reasonable size in their location and preventing them from becoming too large and from interference with rooves/garage door. To maintain clear access points to the property.

T1 - Large eucalyptus - To fell and stump grind. Reason: Too excessive for the area and is causing damage to the wall that is nearby and it is non native to this country; T2 - Group of sycamore trees X3 that over hang the garage boundary of 167 New London Road. Prune it back by 2m. Reason: So they do not over hang into her garden and garage as they are nearly touching the garage roof.

G1 x3 Oaks- (T1 on map) - Oak adjacent to garage - Crown lift to give 2.5m clearance on roof; (T2 on map) - Oak at front of house - 3m reduction and selective crown lift of up to 8m to give at least 2m clearance of property; (T3 on map) - Oak to rear of house - Reduce 2 limbs overhanging roof of property back to gutter line approx 2m; T2 (T4 on map) - Oak overhanging rear garden - lift to 5m over garden and remove 2 dead limbs. Reason: General maintenance.
