Addition of pedestrian pathway along eastern boundary. 4. Addition of internal pedestrian crossing with tactile paving & safety bollards. 5. Pedestrian pathway provided to the front of car parking bays. 6. Provision of eight EV charging bays - four for each unit. 7. Provision of break out areas for staff 8.
