Prunus - Located in front garden of 9 Austen Drive- Crown reduction by 1m max, cutting back to suitable growing points. Reason: Overhnaging neighbouring property

T1 Oak - Crown lift to 6m and crown reduce upto 2m only on western side overhanging boundary of 34 Church Lane. T2 Robinia - Reduce overhanging branch by 2m, back to boundary of 34 Church Lane.

T17 Sycamore - Fell to ground level.The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability to 12 Maltese Road, Chelmsford, CM1 2PA

T3 Ash (Marked T44 on plan) - Fell to ground level and remove stump. Reason - in advance of planning permission (current application for CGC OPA3 in progress) to avoid bird nesting season. To be replaced by 1 field maple and 1 hornbeam as part of the landscaping scheme.

Sycamore- Fell and stump to be removed. Reason: Tree is dead and needs to be felled to avoid danger of falling.

T1, Oak, Section Fell retain pecking post at the main fork at approx 15ft, leaving stem re-growth to allow some regeneration. this tree has suffered a large amount of crown die back, resulting in large parts of the crown main structure dying; due to the close proximity to the neighbouring property and to prevent failure.

Oak- Overhanging boundary of 34 Church Lane- Crown lift by 5m. Reason: To minimize leaf fall and debris into the property and for aesthetic purposes.

G1 4 x Limes- Located at boundary with church yard- Reduce the height of the 4x Limes to approx 8m and remove all other growth to intiate a new pollard Trees are lapsed pollards, 2 of the trees have already been re pollarded owner would like to reinstate the pollard regime.
