W1- Plum trees- Section fell approx. 30m2/35 linear metre area of Plum Trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques, that are situated within 0.5 metres of the neighbouring fence line, we will fell the Trees to 50mm from ground level and then we will install eco plugs to the remaining stumps to prevent re-growth. W1-Mature Plum trees- Pollard 85m2/35 linear metre area of mature Plum trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques. Reason for works: To support more light into neighbouring properties.

W1 Oak - Fell. Reason: Potential damage to fence or anyone on the property or neighbours.

Cobnut and Filbert x7- (adjacent church yard overhanging fence) - Crown reduction of up to 3.5m - Reason: needs to be cut back to boundary

T3 - Yew - Crown Reduction of up to 1m of lower branches back to suitable growing points - Reason: For accessing and replacing the wooden fence bordering The Priory and Loves Walk G1 - Yew (of TPO/2007/028) - Crown Reduction of up to 1m of lower branches back to suitable growing points - Reason: For accessing and replacing the wooden fence; G1 - Yew x4 (of TPO/2007/027) - Crown Reduction of up to 1m of lower branches back to suitable growing points - Reason: For accessing and replacing the wooden fence

Cypress- remove lower branches by 2m that are overhanging the fence; Hornbeam and sycamore- reduce overhang by 2m back to boundary/main stem; Cherry- reduce 1x elongated lateral branch by 2m that is growing towards the house. All located along the boundary of 104 Main Road . Reason for all: To reduce conflict between trees and neighbouring property.

Myrobalan (Cherry Plum) - Located by gate - Fell - Reason: Has become overshadowed and is dying and misshapen; Beech - Adjacent to the Cherry Plum in no.41 - Lateral reduction of branches overhanging fence of up to 2m - Reason: To tidy and reshape after felling the Cherry; Hawthorn & Green Pittosporums - Crown reduction of up to 1.5m. (Add to 5 year maintenance plan) - Reason: To control vigorous growth.

T1 Silver Birch - Located behind back fence in a shared driveway in Woodstock Place-Reduce tree height 1-1.5m. It is about 30ft in height and has branches that over hang and fall in our garden. Reason: Damaging our shed roof and falling on trampoline. It is also blocking the sunlight to our garden and will have an impact on the solar panels that we have now had fitted.

TPO/2006/072 T2, T3 & T4 (Oaks) - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. W1 Oak, Field Maple, Willows - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. TPO/2008/110 G5 Oaks - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. T5 Oak (on plan) within G5 Oaks is to be felled. This tree is very close to the boundary fence. G6 Ash, Blackthorn and Oak - Reduce, cut back and crown lift all branches overhanging the boundary fence to provide 2m clearance. Reason for all: The property is a secure mental health unit. Recently the secure perimeter fence has been compromised where overhanging tree branches and larger trees located in close proximity to the perimeter fence have been used to facilitate the security breach. This has been highlighted as a safeguarding issue.

Lime- standing within fence and needs pollarding. Reason: The tree is close to a zebra crossing whereby the branches are now impeding the sight of people crossing or in cars
