All within W1 - T1 Oak Tree (on map)- Rear Boundary beyond stream - Reduce back to rear lawn boundary line,to previous cutting points 2-3m off; T2 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 4m, reduce house side back to the edge of the ditch/stream approx. 3m; T3 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 3-4m, reduce house side to edge of ditch/stream approx. 2-3m. Reason: To control the size of the trees for their location (they are on the edge of a steam/ditch. Also to allow more light into the rear of the property.

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

Tl Cypress - Fell - Reason: Tree is covered in Ivy with very little foliage. T2 Prunus - Fell - Reason: tree is leaning towards the house and touching the roof. G1 5 xCypress, G2 5X Holly - Fell - Reason: These are under story trees, by removing the poor specimens it will create more space and light allowing the bigger specimen trees to grow on.

Lime Tree - located rear of the garden - reduce regrowth by 3m in height and thin by removing 20% of regrowth. Reason: Grown significantly and blocks light to the garden. Norway Maple at rear of the garden - reduce crown by 2.5m concentrating on lateral growth towards the house and over Hall Street. Reason: Tree almost touching house and overhangs into neighbours garden, blocks light into garden and house of both properties.

Oak - boundary with 19 Green Close - reduce lateral spread into no. 19 Green Close by 1.5m, cutting to suitable growing points;crown lift to 3.5m. Reason: To reduce the excessive shading of the garden and house.

T1 Silver Birch- 3 m height reduction. Up to 1.5 m reduction to sides. Crown thin only where necessary for crossing and crowded branches (up to 10%). Reason: Tree is now very close (and in places touching) the house and guttering. Works are to prevent damage to the property and further branches touching the property and keep the tree at a suitable size.

T15 Ash Tree - Located in rear garden of the old rectory - Crown Reduce by 2m to the boundary and reshape the canopy to suitable growth points - Reason: To reduce the excessive shading of the garden and house.

T1 Willow Tree- Located in rear garden- Fell to ground level. Reason: The tree is dead with no growth. It is much taller than the house. The Large branches overlook into neighbours garden.

T1 Oak- Reduce back approx 2 metres and will be to the british standard quoted. The branch reduction will only be to the south side of the tree only. Reason: The branches are nearly touching 15 Bridgend Close. The sap that comes off this tree going over into the driveway of 15 Bridgend Close, it is covering the whole of the cars. Also the branch in question is going over the public footpath to the side of the property, so when the public are walking along the path they are treading on the sap. Because this is growing towards the house it is only a matter of time before it is touching and that this could cause detriment to the building.

Eucalyptus x 3 along church road boundary & 2 x Eucalyptus along boundary with The Willows - 5 m reduction. Reason: They are a danger to the neighbour's property & Pushing on the brick wall. Lime within 6 m of the house - 3 m crown reduction. Reason Danger of falling branches causing damage to property. Sycamore within 6 m of the house - 2 m crown reduction. Reason Danger of falling branches causing damage to property. Poplar along neighbouring border on Church Road - reduce overhanging branch by 3 m - Reduce over hanging branch by 3m. Reason: To prevent damage to boundary wall.
