W1- Cut back all overgrown vegetation and tree branches from approx. 230 linear metres of Tree line up to 12 metres from ground level and back by approx. 2 metres in depth (In line with the curbs edge), Cut approx. 30m2 area over self set trees and overgrown vegetation on the corner of the building to 50mm from ground level. Reason: Overhanging store roof and will start to grow into the building and damage the roof.

T1 Conifer- Crown lift by approximately 2m. Reason: To clear garage roof. T2-3 Conifer- Section fell both trees to as close to ground level as possible. Reason: These trees have outgrown this space and have just become too big.

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

G2 - Hornbeam x3 adjacent to Plot 15-19 - Pruning to a suitable growth point reduce back the hornbeam by a maximum of 2m, maintaining a natural crown shape to ensure 2.5m clearance from the roof of the caravan. Reason: The branches are beginning to encroach upon the roof of the caravan and liable to cause damage. pruning to give clearance will alleviate this issue.

Tl Cypress - Fell - Reason: Tree is covered in Ivy with very little foliage. T2 Prunus - Fell - Reason: tree is leaning towards the house and touching the roof. G1 5 xCypress, G2 5X Holly - Fell - Reason: These are under story trees, by removing the poor specimens it will create more space and light allowing the bigger specimen trees to grow on.

T1 Oak - located in rear garden - Reduction of overhanging branches and limbs by 2m. Reason: overhanging and rubbing onto garage roof.

T27 - Oak (lower garden) - Remove up to 2 lateral branches to the East - Reason: To protect the roof and chimney

Large cherry tree- Located in churchyard next to rear of Church View Cottage- Fell to ground level. Reason: Its branches scrape across the property's roof and the roots may well go underneath it.

T1 Silver Birch - Located behind back fence in a shared driveway in Woodstock Place-Reduce tree height 1-1.5m. It is about 30ft in height and has branches that over hang and fall in our garden. Reason: Damaging our shed roof and falling on trampoline. It is also blocking the sunlight to our garden and will have an impact on the solar panels that we have now had fitted.

T1 - Large eucalyptus - To fell and stump grind. Reason: Too excessive for the area and is causing damage to the wall that is nearby and it is non native to this country; T2 - Group of sycamore trees X3 that over hang the garage boundary of 167 New London Road. Prune it back by 2m. Reason: So they do not over hang into her garden and garage as they are nearly touching the garage roof.
