W1 Ash x1- Reduce crown by 3 meters vertically and 3 metres laterally via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques, branches will be dropped in a designated drop zone. W1- Plum trees- Section fell approx. 30m2/35 linear metre area of Plum Trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques, that are situated within 0.5 metres of the neighbouring fence line, we will fell the Trees to 50mm from ground level and then we will install eco plugs to the remaining stumps to prevent re-growth. W1-Mature Plum trees- Pollard 85m2/35 linear metre area of mature Plum trees via aerial access using specialist rope and harness climbing techniques. Reason for works: To support more light into neighbouring properties.

T3 Ash- Located in rear garden of 19 Trotwood Close- Reduce the crown height and spread by 1.5m. T8 Oak-Located in rear garden of 15 Trotwood Close on the boundary with 17 Trotwood Close - Crown reduce by 1.6m Reason: The tree completely covers the neighbouring property's garden making it very dark .

G1 Caucasian Wing Nut - 3 m lateral crown reduction, 3.5 - 4 m height reduction, up to 10% thinning. Reason: The tree is excessively large, shading and a large amount of debris going into the neighbouring property, a large amount of debris also going onto the public footpath and road.

G4 Oak (T13 on map provided)- Cut back branches touching and within very close proximity to nursery building, to allow for approximately 3 metres clearance from the building. Reduce 3 x lowest limbs by approximately 3m. Balance out the crown once obtained adequate clearance from building. Reason: Preventing damage to building.

T4 (T2 on map) Mature Weeping Willow- 4m lateral and 2m apical crown reduction. Reason: In order to manage and reduce likelihood of future branch failure. G5 (T3 on map) English Oak- Crown lift to 2.5m over footpath and remove ivy. G5 (T2 on map) English Oak- Remove over 20mm in diameter or 1m in length of deadwood.

G1 Ash x1, Hawthorn x1, Field Maple x 10, Hazel x3, Blackthorn x1 on boundary of Douglas Close and 63 Canon Lees. Reduction in size to previous pruning points to a height of 3m(as approved on 14/05220/TPO) Reason: Don't cause damage to foundations and enable more sunlight into gardens.

W1 Hornbeam- Located at the side of the road on the boundary between the property and 'Setters' - 1.5 - 2 m crown reduction to suitable pruning points and removal of deadwood. Reason: There is a power cable running through it (and telephone) if left there is a risk that branches will damage/bring down the power line.

A1 Ash tree- Prune by 3m from overhanging drive to Queens pub and Church Cottage.

T4 & T5 Limes- Located at front of property- pollard to previous pruning points and remove epicormic growth. The growth is to be reduced by approximately 4m. Reason: It is now necessary to repeat the pollarding to control excessive growth close to the property and reduce shading.

T20 Oak - Remove deadwood 30mm, prune lateral spread to the northeast over the rear garden of 4 Myln Meadow by approximately 1.5 metres and prune lateral spread of lower limbs to the southwest over the rear garden of The Oaks by approximately 3 metres to create clearance from the rear elevation of the dwelling.Reason: To maintain the tree within its current location.
