Reason: To control the size of the trees for their location (they are on the edge of a steam/ditch. Also to allow more light into the rear of the property.

G1 4 x Limes- Located at boundary with church yard- Reduce the height of the 4x Limes to approx 8m and remove all other growth to intiate a new pollard Trees are lapsed pollards, 2 of the trees have already been re pollarded owner would like to reinstate the pollard regime.

W1 - English Oak x4 (marked T9, T10, T11, T12) - Removed deadwood - Reason: Over footpath, English Oak x1 (Marked T13) - Remove deadwood and hanging limb - Reason: Over footpath and garden/boundary fence, English Oak x1 (Marked T40) - Monolith - Reason: To reduce risk of dead limbs on path.

T3 Ash- Located in rear garden of 19 Trotwood Close- Reduce the crown height and spread by 1.5m. T8 Oak-Located in rear garden of 15 Trotwood Close on the boundary with 17 Trotwood Close - Crown reduce by 1.6m Reason: The tree completely covers the neighbouring property's garden making it very dark .

G1 Ash x1, Hawthorn x1, Field Maple x 10, Hazel x3, Blackthorn x1 on boundary of Douglas Close and 63 Canon Lees. Reduction in size to previous pruning points to a height of 3m(as approved on 14/05220/TPO) Reason: Don't cause damage to foundations and enable more sunlight into gardens.

W1 Hornbeam- Located at the side of the road on the boundary between the property and 'Setters' - 1.5 - 2 m crown reduction to suitable pruning points and removal of deadwood. Reason: There is a power cable running through it (and telephone) if left there is a risk that branches will damage/bring down the power line.

T1 - Horse Chestnut - rear boundary No.22 Windley Tye - Reduce height by 5m max; reduce sides back to previous pruning points; lightly thin crown by 10% maximum; all cuts to suitable growing points and shape over to leave natural profile. Reason: Branches etc. are falling into No.22 and severely restricting safe play for children in the garden. Tree also showing signs of bleeding canker and deadwood; T2 - Horse Chestnut in rear garden overhanging 22 Windley Tye - reduce crown overhanging rear garden of 22 Windley Tye to the boundary line, cutting to suitable growing points, leaving a flowing profile, crown clean and crown thin by 20%, cutting to branch collar.

T15 Ash Tree - Located in rear garden of the old rectory - Crown Reduce by 2m to the boundary and reshape the canopy to suitable growth points - Reason: To reduce the excessive shading of the garden and house.

T1 - Sycamore - Western rear boundary - Crown reduction of up to 6m - Reason: To safeguard future life of the tree, to avoid tree distress, alleviate root upheaval in garden and damage to path and prevent root advancement and potential damage to property

G4 1x Ash (T1 on plan)- Reduce over-extended lower limb to west over neighbours car park space by 4 metres - target prune back to live growth points and reduce upper crown to west by 1 metre in spread - target prune back to live growth points. Reason: The tree's crown extends over the boundary of the Old Rectory and, particularly the over-extended lower limb to the west is directly over a neighbouring car park space. Excessive honeydew is causing nuisance to the neighbour.
