W1- Cut back all overgrown vegetation and tree branches from approx. 230 linear metres of Tree line up to 12 metres from ground level and back by approx. 2 metres in depth (In line with the curbs edge), Cut approx. 30m2 area over self set trees and overgrown vegetation on the corner of the building to 50mm from ground level. Reason: Overhanging store roof and will start to grow into the building and damage the roof.

T5 English Oak- Remove 4/5 lower branches reducing the lower sideways spread and assist with lifting the crown. Reduce the overall crown/ spread by approx 1.5 metres to allow light to the house and help avoid damage to the property. Remove a number of small branches to clear the telephone cable that runs through the west side of the tree and is being constantly damaged. Reason: The result of this last few years growth is that it now touches / rubs the house and garage roof. It also blocks much of the light to our upstairs bedroom.

G2 - Hornbeam x3 adjacent to Plot 15-19 - Pruning to a suitable growth point reduce back the hornbeam by a maximum of 2m, maintaining a natural crown shape to ensure 2.5m clearance from the roof of the caravan. Reason: The branches are beginning to encroach upon the roof of the caravan and liable to cause damage. pruning to give clearance will alleviate this issue.

T1 Oak - located in rear garden - Reduction of overhanging branches and limbs by 2m. Reason: overhanging and rubbing onto garage roof.

T27 - Oak (lower garden) - Remove up to 2 lateral branches to the East - Reason: To protect the roof and chimney

T1 Silver Birch - Located behind back fence in a shared driveway in Woodstock Place-Reduce tree height 1-1.5m. It is about 30ft in height and has branches that over hang and fall in our garden. Reason: Damaging our shed roof and falling on trampoline. It is also blocking the sunlight to our garden and will have an impact on the solar panels that we have now had fitted.

T1 Oak- 1.5 m crown reduction to the eastern aspect. 2 m crown reduction to western aspect. 2 m reduction to the crown top. Reason: To maintain the size of the tree and to keep clear of the house roof

T3 Oak - Located to the front (Mill Lane side) of Quinlan Court- crown reduction by 2-3m and remove epicormic growth/branches from trunk to crown break and dead wood. Reason:To encourage strength, inner vitality and the overhang to the roof of the building bothers the residents; T1 Oak - Located adjacent to the road on the boundary- Removal of two lowest limbs/sub boughs/branches from over the road from the lowest main bough. Reason: Overhanging Mill Lane.

G1 Pine- Prune x4 - 1 (on map) - achieve a clearance of 2 metres from the roof of the dwelling. Remove all deadwood 30mm in diameter and above. To crown lift lower branches over the neighbouring driveway to a height of 4 metres from ground level; 2 (on map)- achieve a clearance of 2 metres from the roof of the dwelling. To reduce the branch length of 2 main branches originating at approximately 12m from ground level to the East by a maximum of 4m, to remove deadwood 30mm in diameter and above; 3 (on map)- remove all deadwood 30mm diameter and above; 4 (on map)- remove all deadwood 30mm diameter and above. Reason for all: Good Arboriculture practice

G1 x3 Oaks- (T1 on map) - Oak adjacent to garage - Crown lift to give 2.5m clearance on roof; (T2 on map) - Oak at front of house - 3m reduction and selective crown lift of up to 8m to give at least 2m clearance of property; (T3 on map) - Oak to rear of house - Reduce 2 limbs overhanging roof of property back to gutter line approx 2m; T2 (T4 on map) - Oak overhanging rear garden - lift to 5m over garden and remove 2 dead limbs. Reason: General maintenance.
