Sycamore (1) - Reduce to previous cut points by 4-5m - Reason: To encourage lower vitality and remove over-extended regrowth attached to weak regrowth points. Oak (2) - Reduce to previous cut points by 2m. Reason: To encourage new growth, cutting away from buildings and to limit root expansion.

Silver Birch - 0.5 - 1 m crown reduction to previous pruning points - Reason: Interfering with overhead cables and to create more light in the cottage.

Silver Birch- Located in front garden - 1.5m crown reduction; Damson- Located in rear garden - 1.5m crown reduction (reducing to previous cuts)

Tl Cypress - Fell - Reason: Tree is covered in Ivy with very little foliage. T2 Prunus - Fell - Reason: tree is leaning towards the house and touching the roof. G1 5 xCypress, G2 5X Holly - Fell - Reason: These are under story trees, by removing the poor specimens it will create more space and light allowing the bigger specimen trees to grow on.

Silver Birch (identified as T352 on attached plan)- Fell to ground level and remove arisings. Reason: For future safety of visitors and adjacent Bowling Green users.

T1, T2, T3, T4 Pyrus calleryana - (Crown Thin by 20% and reduction by 0.5m) of the four trees to reduce the footprint that is currently covering both properties (13 Alfred Mews and 9 Hall Street). Reason: to provide sufficient clearance to the properties, and maintain the health of the trees.

Lime Tree - located rear of the garden - reduce regrowth by 3m in height and thin by removing 20% of regrowth. Reason: Grown significantly and blocks light to the garden. Norway Maple at rear of the garden - reduce crown by 2.5m concentrating on lateral growth towards the house and over Hall Street. Reason: Tree almost touching house and overhangs into neighbours garden, blocks light into garden and house of both properties.

T2 Sycamore- Located in neighbouring property - Remove snapped limb/hanger from overhanging branches from neighbouring tree; Reduce laterals near school building to provide minimum 2m clearance. T3 Cherry - Fell to ground level and grind stump - tree in decline, Ganoderma spp present at base, facing north west & south, fresh bracket and historic bracket noted. T4 London Plane - Remove minor deadwood/ carry out climbing inspection for Massaria, removing any limbs which appear to be affected with the fungus. T7 Sycamore - fell to ground level, Poor vitality and vigour displayed at the time of inspection, sparse canopy, with below average leaf density noted. Stem bleeds. (suspected bleeding canker) noted on the south-eastern & northern sides of the trunk extending up to approximately 1.5m below multi stemmed union. Multi stemmed union 1.5m from base, bark wounding present on north side, with suspected decay evident within, compression fork forming.

T1 Apple - Fell to ground level and grind out stump. Reason: Riddled with Mistletoe and in close proximity to the property and power lines.

T1 Conifer - by building - Fell to ground level and remove stump - Reason: oversized for its location next to the property and it is blocking the light in the residents sitting room.
