Variation of condition 6 to approved planning application 21/00373/FUL (Change of use from Doctors Surgery to 1 residential dwelling (Class Use C3)). Proposed wording of condition 6 is changed to read as follows:- 'The dwelling hereby approved shall be laid out as a three bedroom, four person house and shall thereafter be retained in this form.'
