Non material amendment to Planning Permission 20/00245/FUL - Alteration to rear extension to widen the extension by 650mm and raise the ridge of the roof by 300mm. Extending the entrance hall to the rear by 1100mm . The height of the eaves and ridge of the roof will remain as the existing consent Adding a side extension under permitted development , with the eaves of the roof being below 2500mm above ground level and the highest point at 3350mm above ground level.

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 3 (windows), 4 (design details), 5 (roofing material), 6 (boundary treatments) and 7 (refuse and recycling) on planning permission ref. 19/00723/FUL to retain the development as constructed (retrospective)
