Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 19/01155/CONDIT - (i) replacement of garages with parking spaces, (ii) revisions to house types, elevation treatment, facing materials, fenestration and porch canopies, (iv) alterations to boundary and acoustic fences and (v) updated finished floor levels.

T.1 - Sycamore in rear garden along boundary wall - remove due to proximity to house and party wall.

T.1 - Lawson cypress and T.2 - Thuja - along boundary fence line - remove due to proximity to neighbouring house. T.3, T.4, T.5 - Lawson cypress - reduce in height by one third

1) Oak (T16) on western boundary By Beech House and The Oaks- reduce the crown via retrenchment pruning & decompact the soil in the root zone. 2) Ash (G1.1) - reduce the crown via retrenchment pruning & decompact the soil in the root zone. 3) 18 No. pines on north west boundary adjacent toHarp Hill (Cpt3) - fell to ground level and replace with 54 No. new trees in the woodland compartments

T1 (29 & 29A on Nazareth House Map) - Ash (Fraxinus) & Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) - Reduce back all overhanging branches back to the neighbours (No.3) boundary. To include secondary branches on the Sycamore and the large scaffold limb on the Ash.

Single storey extension extending 2.95m from the original rear boundary of the house.

Mixed Species (T2) - Resolve tree nuisance adjacent to house; Reduce back all branches overhanging the boundary, which are in direct conflict and touching distance from the house. Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) (T3) - Issue of overhanging tree dropping branches onto parked cars; Crown reduce to include the reduction of all branches overhanging the boundary by 2m, cutting back to strong suitable secondary growth.
