T1 and T2 - 16m Lime and Ash trees to be cut 2m away from the house to give full clearance away from the edge of the building

T.1 - Apple in rear garden (closest to house) - reduce crown back to previous pruning level and shape. T.2 - Apple in rear garden - reduce crown back to previous pruning level and shape. T.3 - Crab apple (below T.2) - remove to ground level.

To reduce the crown of a magnolia tree by up to 1.5 metres at Normandy House.

T1 - London Plane. Crown lift over neighbouring car park and house to a height of 5 metres

T1 Sycamore Tree Remove lowest limbs on the right hand side. Reduce limbs going over red brick house by 2-3m, cut back any branches over Pillar house & crown thin by 10-15% T2 Horse Chestnuts X 2 Re-pollard back to old pollard points.

T1. Wester Red Cedar. Crown Reduction Works -reducing back branches off adjacent Hornbeam, to give 2m clearance. Prune extended branches house side by no more than 1.6m. T2. Yew. Crown Reduction Works - reduce extended branches garden side only. Cutting back to strong green secondary growth. T3. Crown Reduction Works - reduce back branches garden side only to give adjacent Leylandi Conifer hedge more light.

Mature oak tree:- reduce the crown house side to match the previous roadside reduction by approximately 3/4 meters Chestnut:- reduce the crown back to previous points approximately 9 meters from ground level and reduce the X2 limbs growing towards the building by approximately 3/4 metres. Lime tree:- repollard back to the previous points. Leaning decayed oak tree:- fell to ground level.

Reduce large lime at front of property by 15-20% (with a slightly heavier reduction on the house side), down to an approx height of 20m tall and crown spread of 12m. Reason: safety assessment following recent branch failure
