Demolition of part existing ground floor areas located beneath the proposed first floor development. Rebuild and extension of ground floor area to day surgery unit to provide new entrance and proposed first floor extension. Rebuild and small extension of ground floor area beneath proposed theatres with first floor extension to provide 2no. theatres and ancillary accommodation. New build internal plant rooms to be provided at roof levels of Day Surgery Unit and Theatres. Minor rearrangement of external area and parking drop-off area outside of Day Surgery Unit.
