T61: reduce height of tree to union (as per photo submitted in 18/00159/TPO) T58: remove storm damage T55: remove (*tree is dead, no application is necessary*). Tree to be replaced with native oak close to position of removed tree (unless otherwise agreed with Trees Officer).

T1 Ash - Reduce laterals over garden of 4 Courtfield Drive by up to 2.5m (up to height of 10m)

Leyland Cypress- Remove three lowest branches back to trunk to crown raise the tree, only where it overhangs the path.

Sycamore - crown lift by 2m, reduce laterals on road side by 1 - 2m.

3 x Large Thuja: Adjacent to the shared driveway: Lift the crowns of all three trees to ensure a 5.5 metre ground clearance is made all round, this will be by mainly removing secondary branches rather than major limbs. Lawson Cypress: Adjacent to the shared driveway and the entrance leading to the front door: Lift the crown to ensure a 4 metre ground clearance all round.

T1 - Lime Tree - removal of all deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. Remove epicormic growth from the tree up to 5m. Reduce lateral limbs by up to 2m and away from building by up to 1m, as per submitted photos.

To crown raise the X6 mixed trees along the boundary wall overhanging into the residential gardens (indicated in shaded area on submitted email) to 5 meters from ground level. Reduce back some selected over extended limbs back into the crown line

Lime tree-south west corner of the garden, remove mistletoe. Removal of mistletoe is exempt. However, it is expected that some live wood may need to be removed in the process of removal of misteltoe. This should be the minimal amount of livewood possible, cutting to the nearest suitable subordinate growth, and such pruning should be done in line with BS3998 (2010)

Lime T3 and Sycamore T5 - Remove epicormic growth

Cherry:- reduce the crown back to previous points and crown raise over the path to 2.5m.
